Why do you use ascorbic acid (Vitamin C) in your juices?

Ascorbic acid is simply Vitamin C – nothing artificial! We add a little because it acts as a natural preservative, helping to keep our juices fresh and delicious for longer. It also protects the colour and flavour, so what you drink tastes just like the fruit it came from.
