At Henley Juices, we take pride in the quality and freshness of our products. If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.

1. Returns & Refunds

  • Perishable Items: Because our juices are fresh and made in small batches, we cannot accept returns of opened or perishable products.

  • Damaged or Faulty Items: If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it. We may ask for a photo of the product to verify the issue.

  • Refunds: Once your claim is verified, we will offer a replacement or a full refund, depending on your preference and stock availability.

2. How to Request a Refund

  1. Contact us at hello@henleyjuices.co.uk with your order number and a description of the issue.

  2. We’ll respond within 2 business days to confirm the next steps.

  3. If approved, refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the product was damaged or we made an error.
